Daegu Catholic University signed a business agreement with HD Hyundai Robotics on the 17th at the Koinonia Hall on campus to establish the Daegu-Gyeongbuk Robot Operation Education Center and to cooperate with the College of Mobility Innovation.

Daegu Catholic University provides the space for building theoretical lecture rooms and practice rooms, while HD Hyundai Robotics offers industrial robots free of charge and supports professional instructors and center operations.
The robot operation education center to be established on campus will provide robot operation training, which is a core element of smart factories, and will offer practical, advanced technology education to undergraduates, graduates, and workers.
Through this agreement, HD Hyundai Robotics plans to actively cooperate in providing infrastructure for field-customized practical education and developing educational programs, establishing an organic cooperation system for regional industrial development, and promoting innovation and growth in the future mobility sector.
