View original imageThe committee is chaired by Vice Mayor Kim Jong-hoon and consists of 15 members with expertise in youth development, including representatives from the Gyeonggi-do Pocheon Office of Education, Pocheon Police Station, Pocheon City Council members, youth organizations, media, local schools, and parents.
The meeting proceeded with reports on the "2024 Youth Project Performance and 2025 Project Implementation Plans" from each institution promoting youth projects in Pocheon City, as well as sharing the current status of related projects.
Chairman Kim Jong-hoon stated, "In 2025, more new projects will be promoted than this year. We will put more effort into discovering at-risk youth who need social and economic support to reduce blind spots in youth welfare support." He added, "We will continue communication with youth through various educational and cultural experience programs."
