This year, the proceeds also included the sales of 412 company IT unused devices and 149 employee IT unused devices sold on the used ITC platform 'Mintit.'
For this year's Beautiful Day event, Dongkuk Steel Group expanded the donation program once more, collecting a total of 5,334 donated items from all affiliates and nationwide workplaces.
On the day of the event, a total of 32 Dongkuk Steel Group employees, including Vice Chairman Jang Se-wook, worked as one-day clerks at Beautiful Store locations near the Seoul, Incheon, and Busan workplaces, assisting with cashiering, item movement and placement, and on-site guidance.
The proceeds raised by Dongkuk Steel Group and the Beautiful Store will be donated to the Beautiful Store and used for the 'Safe Summer, Beautiful Sharing Bundle' project, which provides summer heat illness prevention kits to local senior citizens.
