NH Nonghyup Bank Launches Pre-Application Service for Non-Face-to-Face Corporate Loans
Electronic Document Submission Without Visiting Branch Offices
NH Nonghyup Bank announced on the 17th that it has launched a non-face-to-face corporate loan service that allows customers to apply for and consult on corporate loans without visiting a branch.
This service enables both corporate and individual business owners to apply for loans non-face-to-face and proceed with loan transactions through branch consultations and electronic document submissions.
Corporate customers without prior transaction history with Nonghyup Bank can apply for loan consultations via the mobile website without opening an account or registering as a member. Existing customers can also use the service through Nonghyup Corporate Internet Banking and Smart Banking.
There is no need to visit a branch to submit loan screening documents after obtaining them from government offices. Nonghyup Bank explained that by consenting to document submission using a corporate joint authentication certificate, various certificates and tax documents can be sent to the bank online immediately.
Nonghyup Bank plans to launch a non-face-to-face loan agreement service by 2025, aiming to digitalize the entire loan process from application to screening and contracting. It is expected to enhance customer convenience by expanding the corporate loan channels online.
