The Prosecution's Special Investigation Headquarters for Emergency Martial Law (Head: Park Se-hyun, Chief Prosecutor of Seoul High Prosecutors' Office) announced that it filed an arrest warrant for former Army Chief of Staff Park at the Central Regional Military Court on charges of engaging in important duties of rebellion under the Criminal Act and abuse of authority obstructing the exercise of rights.
After President Yoon declared martial law on the 3rd, former Army Chief of Staff Park, appointed as the Martial Law Commander, also issued the 'Martial Law Command Headquarters Proclamation No. 1' in his name.
