According to Seoul Metro Line 9, as of 2:45 PM that day, trains on Line 9 were passing through National Assembly Station and Yeouido Station without stopping. Seoul Metro also announced that from 2:58 PM, Line 5 trains at Yeouido Station in both directions were skipping stops.
