Every year, the province selects and awards outstanding cities and counties among the 31 cities and counties in the province that have contributed to resolving corporate difficulties and creating a business-friendly environment throughout the year.
The outstanding Enterprise SOS cities and counties are selected based on 14 indicators across 7 categories, comprehensively considering factors such as the interest of the head of the institution, budget support, handling of corporate difficulties, improvement of corporate regulations, publicity performance, improvement degree, and implementation of business-friendly policies.
This award, received for two consecutive years following last year, is analyzed as the result of the city’s efforts to lead the resolution of corporate difficulties through monthly on-site visits to enterprises.
