Daejin University Successfully Completes Self-Directed Career Competency Enhancement Program 'Jinrosomein'
Daejin University has been dedicated to strengthening career and employment competencies by providing customized employment services tailored to each academic year through this year's student-tailored employment service project.

View original imageJaemajgo planned the 'Jinrosseomin' program for lower-grade students to autonomously enhance their career competencies, supporting teams or individuals in composing portfolios aligned with their career goals and carrying out related activities.
Additionally, through monthly consultations with dedicated employment professors, students were able to concretize their career goals and refine their portfolios. To support activities based on the portfolios, club support funds and a monthly activity allowance of 200,000 KRW were provided.
The Jinrosseomin program concluded with a performance presentation, where participants presented the activities they had autonomously conducted over three months to explore careers and strengthen competencies, as well as their future action plans. Three outstanding teams were selected and awarded.
A student who participated in the program stated, "Through various activities, I was able to contemplate my career and set a direction, and it was an opportunity to develop my abilities."
