Korea Exchange Reappoints Park Hyun-cheol, CEO of Buguk Securities, as Outside Director
Park Hyun-chul, CEO of Bukuk Securities, has been reappointed as an outside director of the Korea Exchange.
The Exchange announced on the 13th that it held an extraordinary general meeting at its Seoul headquarters and appointed CEO Park as the industry representative outside director. The term is one year.
CEO Park was born in 1964 and holds a master's degree in Public Administration from Hanyang University.
From February 2015 to March 2019, he served as CEO of Yuri Asset Management, and since then, he has been serving as CEO of Bukuk Securities.
