Changwon Fire Headquarters, Seongsan Fire Station Firefighter Domyeongjun Selected as Saber King of the Year
On the 13th, the Changwon Fire Headquarters in Gyeongnam held an award ceremony in the headquarters office, selecting Firefighter Do Myeongjun of Seongsan Fire Station as this year’s Saver King.
Firefighter Do served as a special paramedic squad member throughout the year, contributing to saving the lives of six cardiac arrest patients and one acute stroke patient, thereby protecting the safety of Changwon citizens. For these achievements, he was selected as this year’s Saver King.
In particular, besides his field activities, he also worked as a CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) instructor, striving to improve the emergency treatment skills of local residents and leading efforts to raise public safety awareness.
Firefighter Do said, “I believe it is the duty of a firefighter to run to protect lives whenever citizens face emergencies. I will continue to do my best in the field.”
