The excellence of domestically produced wheat and soybeans from the Sacheon region in Gyeongnam has been proven. In the '2024 Domestic Wheat and Soybean Production Complex Selection Contest' hosted by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, Sanam Agricultural Cooperative received the Excellence Award in the domestic wheat category, and Kongsarang Farming Association Corporation received the Encouragement Award in the domestic soybean category.
This selection contest was organized to boost the farming motivation of domestic wheat and soybean growers, spread know-how such as cultivation techniques, and promote the activation and productivity improvement of domestic wheat and soybean cultivation.
