View original imageDamyang-gun, Jeollanam-do (Governor Lee Byeong-no) announced on the 10th that it will hold the hometown love donation program 'Big 3' event to commemorate the 6th Santa Festival, which will take place over two days from the 24th to the 25th.
This event consists of three parts and will run throughout December. During this period, donors who contribute 100,000 KRW or more to Damyang-gun will be entered into a raffle to receive additional thank-you gifts in the 'Additional Thank-You Gift Event.' Along with this, the 'Targeted Donation' event will provide extra thank-you gifts to donors participating in the designated Damyang-gun donation, which began fundraising in November.
Participants are automatically entered into the event upon applying for thank-you gifts after donating.
Additionally, during the festival period on the 24th and 25th, donors who visit the hometown love donation program promotional exhibition hall will have the chance to spin a roulette wheel and receive prizes in the roulette event.

Meanwhile, the hometown love donation program allows individuals to donate up to 5 million KRW annually to local governments (metropolitan or basic) other than their place of residence. Donations up to 100,000 KRW are fully tax-deductible, and amounts exceeding that receive a 16.5% tax credit. Thank-you gifts are also provided within 30% of the donation amount.
