The Caring Stay Lake branch, opening this time, is located in Songsan-dong, Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi-do, and consists of a total of 52 units from basement level 1 to the 4th floor above ground. Nearby are convenience facilities such as restaurants and cafes, Jeongjeohyeog Park, Lake Park, and Wonkwang General Hospital within 1 km.
