Renewal of Occupational Health and Safety Management System (ISO 45001) and Environmental Management System (ISO 14001)
Gyeonggi Yangju Urban Corporation (President Lee Heung-gyu) announced on the 6th that it has passed the renewal audit for the international standard certifications of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (ISO 45001) and the Environmental Management System (ISO 14001), thereby obtaining re-certification.
The ISO Integrated Management System is a certification that combines ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety) and ISO 14001 (Environment). It is a system that verifies, according to international standards, the top management’s corporate management policies on occupational health and safety and environmental policies, the level of risk and industrial accident prevention for public facilities, and eco-friendly management systems.
Since its initial certification in 2018, the corporation has conducted annual follow-up audits and verification of system adequacy, and through this re-certification, it will maintain the certification for the next three years.
