AIDS is not transmitted through ▲handshakes, hugs ▲sharing meals ▲sharing objects ▲saliva and sweat ▲mosquitoes ▲or everyday contact, and it can be prevented through safe sexual practices, correct condom use, and early testing.
An official from the Gwangju Public Health Center stated, "Prevention and early detection through voluntary testing are important for AIDS, and to increase the accuracy of the test, it is recommended to get tested about four weeks after the suspected infection date," adding, "With continuous treatment, it is a condition that allows for a healthy daily life, and we will actively work to change perceptions about infected individuals."
