Sangmyung University Stage Design Major to Hold Graduation Exhibition from 10th to 16th
Sangmyung University’s Stage Art major announced on the 5th that it will hold the 26th Graduation Exhibition, ‘LAYERED: Overlapping Invisible Traces,’ from the 10th to the 16th.
This exhibition will feature 52 works by graduating students specializing in stage design, costume design, and lighting design.
Professor Kim Gaeun, head of the department, stated, “With growing interest in various media content, the value of stage art is also rising. I support the future of the graduating students who are expressing their artistry through creative and meaningful imagination in the fields of stage, costume, and lighting design.”
Meanwhile, Sangmyung University’s Stage Art major was the first to implement stage art education at a four-year university and operates a practical, hands-on educational system alongside traditional stage art training.
