Team Leader Yang Seong-i began his public service career in 1994 as a rural guidance officer and has contributed to realizing sustainable agriculture and enhancing the added value of agricultural products by strengthening communication with local farmers through the dissemination of new technologies, planning agricultural education, fostering farmers' learning groups, and providing on-site agricultural consulting.
He was awarded in recognition of his achievements in strengthening regional agricultural competitiveness and improving farmers' quality of life through the development and dissemination of new agricultural technologies.
