[2024 Capital Investment Awards] Hana Securities Ranks No.1 in DC-Type Retirement Pension Returns
Best Award in the Retirement Pension Sector
Hana Securities won the Best Award in the Retirement Pension category at the '2024 Asia Capital Investment Awards.' As a result of continuous efforts to improve the returns of retirement pensions, Hana Securities achieved first place in the securities industry across all DC-type principal-guarantee products. The returns recorded were 14.42% for 1-year products, 1.83% for 3-year products, 6.25% for 5-year products, and 5.02% for 7-year products.
To manage customers' returns, a system has been developed to evaluate the retirement pension returns of each employee's clients, and portfolios with top returns are shared. Asset allocation is actively implemented to strengthen returns from a long-term perspective rather than short-term returns. As a result, remarkable performance has been achieved in DC-type returns.
In addition, proactive asset management including risk management also contributed to the award. Hana Securities has established a system that allows customers to manage their assets according to their own preferences. Through the Mobile Trading System (MTS), recommended funds selected by Hana Financial Group's asset management council and Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs) chosen based on research analysis results are consistently guided.
Furthermore, customers holding unutilized assets are regularly informed about active asset management via KakaoTalk, and retirement pension management using default options is supported.
