SKT Offers 4x Data on First Roaming Use
From December 5 to March 4 next year
Eligible if no T Roaming usage history for 60 months
Additional 1GB benefit remains for those aged 34 and under
SK Telecom announced on the 4th that it will hold a 'First Roaming Data 4x' event targeting users who have not used T Roaming in the past 60 months.
With this event, users can use the 'Baro First Roaming 12GB (39,000 KRW)' plan at the same price as the existing Baro 3GB (29,000 KRW) plan, and the '24GB (79,000 KRW)' plan at the price of the 6GB (39,000 KRW) plan.
Users aged 34 and under will also receive the originally provided additional 1GB benefit. However, users of the 0 Youth plan will receive the existing 50% discount on fees instead of the 4x data benefit.
The 'First Roaming Data 4x' event will run for three months from the 5th until March 4th of next year. Eligible users can subscribe at airport roaming centers, customer centers, or the T World website.
A Naver Pay event for Baro plan users will also be held from the 9th until June 8th of next year. Baro plan users who make overseas payments of 20,000 KRW or more using Naver Pay overseas QR payment will immediately receive a 10,000 KRW T Roaming coupon and 10,000 Naver Pay points. This benefit is provided only once during the event period.
In addition, SKT offers partnership benefits through 'Club T Roaming,' including a 'Baro 1GB Free Recharge Coupon,' travel insurance before and after departure, duty-free shop discounts, preferential exchange rates, taxi discounts, and a 5,000 KRW discount at Olive Young.
