Paju-si, Resident Briefing Session on the 2025 Land Readjustment Project Starting from the 9th
Paju City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Kim Kyung-il) announced on the 2nd that it will hold resident briefings for landowners and stakeholders starting from the 9th to promote the cadastral resurvey project for six districts, including Hyangyang 1 District, until 2025.
Paju City has selected a total of six districts (939 parcels, 792,152㎡) as the target areas for the 2025 cadastral resurvey project: ▲Hyangyang 1 District (around 97 Hyangyang-ri, Paju-eup) ▲Bunsu District (around 354-1 Bunsu-ri, Gwangtan-myeon) ▲Odo District (around 15 Odo-dong) ▲Sannam District (around 320 Sannam-dong) ▲Beophung District (around 223 Beophung-ri, Tanhyeon-myeon) ▲Geumsan District (around 360 Geumsan-ri, Tanhyeon-myeon), and plans to carry out the project until 2026.
The resident briefings will be held for the six project districts as follows: ▲Odo District (December 9th, 10 AM / Odo 1-ri Village Hall) ▲Bunsu District (10th, 10 AM / Bunsu 1-ri Village Hall) ▲Hyangyang 1 District (13th, 10 AM / Hyangyang 3-ri Village Hall) ▲Sannam District (18th, 10 AM / Sannam-dong Senior Center) ▲Geumsan District (19th, 10 AM / Tanhyeon-myeon Administrative Welfare Center) ▲Beophung District (20th, 11 AM / Beophung 2-ri Village Hall).
At these resident briefings, the plan for implementing the 2025 cadastral resurvey project will be explained, along with the overall purpose and objectives of the cadastral resurvey, and the effects after project implementation. The city will collect residents’ opinions on the project and obtain consent forms from landowners for the designation of cadastral resurvey districts.
