Strengthening the Capabilities of Local Creators for Regional Culture and Tourism Promotion

View original imageNow in its fifth year, this event was organized to share the achievements of the Yeongcheon One-Person Media Studio operation and creator development project, and to exchange various opinions for revitalizing the local media industry and nurturing creators.
The performance report meeting included a graduation ceremony, an awards ceremony for outstanding trainees, and a screening of promotional videos about local culture and tourism as well as corporate promotional content produced by the Yeongcheon One-Person Media Studio trainees, followed by a discussion session.
Since its opening in 2020, the ‘Yeongcheon One-Person Media Studio’ has operated various programs such as professional media education, field learning, and hands-on experiences targeting local residents through the ‘Yeongcheon One-Person Media Studio Operation and Creator Development Project’ starting in 2021.
Through this, notable achievements were made, including 83 graduates (30 basic, 21 advanced, 23 youth and corporate classes, 9 professional creator courses), 235 participants in experiential education (Saturday special lectures and live experiences), 74 attendees in media school, and support for the production of 5 branded content projects.
In particular, this year, the visiting media school program and live experience education provided local aspiring talents with opportunities to understand the media industry and explore various career paths.
