View original imageThe 'Advanced Transportation Culture Legislative Award' is hosted by the Korea Advanced Transportation Culture Federation and is awarded to individuals who have made outstanding contributions to raising social awareness of pedestrian safety and dedicating themselves to preventing pedestrian accidents and ensuring safety for citizens.
Chairman Heo Kyung-haeng recognized the importance of pedestrian safety on major roads throughout Gwangju City and has actively engaged in legislative activities in various ways, including holding meetings with related organizations to create a pedestrian environment where vulnerable groups such as the elderly, children, and people with disabilities can walk more safely and conveniently.
For this year’s selection of recipients of the Advanced Transportation Culture Legislative Award, representatives and judges from over 100 associations and organizations participated in the evaluation process. The award ceremony honored the recipients selected through an objective and rigorous screening procedure.
