DI Dongil to Buy Back and Cancel Treasury Shares Worth 30 Billion KRW... Additional Acquisition of 30.7 Billion KRW in Subsidiary Dongil Aluminum Shares
KOSPI-listed company DI Dongil announced on the 28th that it has accelerated efforts to enhance corporate value and shareholder return policies.
According to DI Dongil, it has entered into a trust contract to acquire treasury shares worth 30 billion KRW and plans to cancel all purchased treasury shares. The contract was signed with NH Investment & Securities.
Additionally, it disclosed that it will acquire an additional 487,500 shares of its affiliate Dongil Aluminum for approximately 30.7 billion KRW. After the purchase, DI Dongil's stake in Dongil Aluminum will be 99.8%.
