The Financial Supervisory Service Holds 'Visiting Corporate Disclosure Seminars' in Pangyo and Seoul
On the 27th, the Financial Supervisory Service (FSS) announced that it will hold briefing sessions from the 9th to the 11th to visit corporate disclosure officers and guide them on the revisions to disclosure forms.
The briefing sessions are targeted at corporations required to submit business reports. The FSS plans to focus the training on the disclosure system, recent cases of correction requests for securities registration statements, and key inspection results of periodic reports.
Additionally, the sessions will integrate education on preventing unfair trading, which includes violations by executives and employees of listed companies such as insider trading and short-term trading profit returns.
