Yangju City and Kyungdong University Host eSports Festival
From the 30th to December 4th... Total Prize Money of 3 Million Won
Yangju City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Kang Su-hyun) and Kyungdong University announced on the 26th that they will hold the '2024 Yangju City Kyungdong University eSports Festival' from the 30th of this month to December 4th.

View original imageThis event is hosted and organized by Kyungdong University and the Yangju City eSports Association, with support from Yangju City. It is divided into high school and university divisions, with 16 teams participating in each, and the total prize money is 3 million won.
The competition's game title is League of Legends (LoL), a representative popular game in eSports enjoyed by many young generations.
The preliminary rounds will be held from the 30th to December 1st, and the finals will take place at 12 PM on December 4th at Kyungdong University Yangju Campus. The matches will be conducted using personal PCs and Discord.
On the day of the finals, an eSports experience booth will operate from 1 PM to 5 PM, offering various entertainment options for spectators. Participants can check registration and detailed information through the QR code on the poster.
