View original imageAccording to Paju City on the 25th, this year's festival, themed 'Traditional Taste, Modern Style,' recorded total revenues of 2.6 billion KRW through the sale of Paju Jangdan beans, local agricultural specialties, and products from specialty restaurants, significantly contributing to expanding sales channels for local farmers and revitalizing Paju's economy.
At this year's Paju Jangdan Bean Festival, a variety of performances, including the Jangdan Bean Song Festival and 7080 traditional games, provided abundant entertainment. Additionally, the food court offering local dishes and specialty restaurants captivated visitors' palates, while diverse programs for family visitors such as tightrope walking and circus performances, kimchi making, and bean harvesting experiences received great acclaim.
For visitor convenience, a shuttle bus connecting Munsan Station and Imjingak was operated, and various services such as free delivery, half-price courier service, wheelchair and stroller rentals, and shopping basket rentals were provided to ensure everyone could enjoy the festival comfortably. Furthermore, to become an environmentally friendly festival, reusable containers were used instead of disposable ones.
