Park Gang-su, Mayor of Mapo District, attended the 'Open the Window' event held on the afternoon of the 19th at the auditorium of the Yonggang-dong Complex Building.
Organized by the Yonggang Senior Welfare Center, this event was prepared to extend warm hands to neighbors in preparation for the upcoming winter season.
