The second part featured a lecture by Professor Jung Deok-hee, a poet, essayist, and broadcaster, on the theme of "The Art of Happiness, Satisfaction of the Five Senses," teaching resident autonomy committee members who serve the community how to love themselves, which received great response from the participants.
Following this, there was a time to promote harmony with congratulatory performances by the Dochuk-myeon Resident Autonomy Center Nanta Club 'Dochuk Nanta,' the Opo Broadcast Dance Club 'Sunak Crew,' and a singing contest among resident autonomy committee members from eup, myeon, and dong.
Lee Seo-yong, chairman of the Gwangju City Resident Autonomy Council, expressed his thoughts, saying, "I am pleased that a place was created for the 11 resident autonomy committees to communicate and harmonize with each other, and I expect that this workshop will serve as an opportunity to unite the capabilities of Gwangju City resident autonomy committee members and realize true resident autonomy."
