As a result, he has taken the lead in fostering high-performance cattle, being selected as a Hanwoo breeding farm by the Nonghyup Hanwoo Improvement Center, and currently raising about 180 excellent cows.
In particular, to reduce production costs and strengthen competitiveness, he established the Buknae Jeil Hanwoo Farming Association, a forage management cooperative, together with local farmers, producing high-quality forage annually on 93 hectares of grassland. He also obtained eco-friendly livestock certification to provide safe and healthy livestock products to consumers, contributing to the development of the Hanwoo industry through awards such as the Grand Prize at premium meat contests.
Lee said, “Hanwoo improvement is a task that requires continuous effort and time,” adding, “My goal is to contribute to the development of the Hanwoo industry by producing certified Hanwoo sires.”
