Guri-si, the First Step Toward Accurate Housing Price Disclosure... Individual Housing Characteristics Survey to Begin in 2025
Guri City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Baek Kyung-hyun) announced on the 18th that it will conduct the 2025 Individual Housing Characteristics Survey to secure basic data for accurate and fair housing price disclosure.
This survey will be conducted for about two months starting from November 2024, targeting approximately 4,800 detached, multi-family, and residential-commercial houses within the jurisdiction. Surveyors will visit the houses in person to investigate various characteristics such as the structure, use, and area of the houses.
The data collected through this survey will be used to calculate individual housing prices, which serve as basic data for providing price information in the housing market, imposing various taxes such as local and national taxes, and for various administrative tasks including jeonse deposit insurance and rights analysis.
