Pocheon City Holds Loan Review Committee Meeting for Small and Medium Enterprise Development Fund
Pocheon City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Baek Young-hyun) announced on the 15th that it held the ‘Pocheon City Small and Medium Enterprise Development Fund Loan Review Committee’ at the Vice Mayor’s office on the 14th to discuss support measures for small and medium enterprise development funds.

View original imageThe meeting was attended by Vice Mayor Kim Jong-hoon, the chairman of the committee, five ex officio members, Kim Eun-soon, president of the Pocheon Chamber of Commerce and Industry Women CEO Council, Jeong Gwang-yong, head of the Balanced Opportunity Division at Gyeonggi-do Economic Science Promotion Agency, and Lee Hye-kyung, branch manager of the Pocheon branch of Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee Foundation. The committee reviewed the 2024 settlement report of the Small and Medium Enterprise Development Fund and the 2025 loan support plan.
This year, Pocheon City is supporting a total of 6 billion KRW in development funds to 34 small and medium enterprises and additionally provided interest subsidy funds increased by 90 million KRW compared to the previous year. The interest subsidy fund refers to partial support for the interest difference (second interest) on loans borrowed as development funds.
The city plans to expand the scale of development fund support to a total of 10 billion KRW (7 billion KRW in the first half and 3 billion KRW in the second half) in 2025 so that more companies can benefit, and the interest subsidy fund will be supported at a rate of 1.5% to 2.5%.
