For safety-vulnerable sites, proactive preventive measures were taken, including reinforcing insulation to prevent pipe bursts, replenishing calcium chloride, and placing sandbags.

Therefore, we will address deficiencies through prior inspections and ensure thorough health management for workers, including prevention of cold-related illnesses.”
