Korea Exchange Holds IR Officer Briefing Session to Enhance Corporate Value
The Korea Exchange announced on the 15th that it held the 'Information Session for IR Officers of Listed Companies for Corporate Value-Up.'
This session was organized for IR officers of listed companies to emphasize communication with shareholders regarding plans to enhance corporate value and to provide practical support for value-up disclosure IR tasks.
The session was conducted in a format where IR officers from companies that received the '2024 Korea IR Awards' and implemented value-up disclosures directly introduced cases of value-up disclosure IR and engaged in Q&A.
Due to high interest from listed companies, registration for the session closed early, with about 50 practitioners including IR officers from approximately 250 companies attending.
