The Private School Teachers' Pension Service (Sahakyeongeum) announced on the 15th that it signed a business agreement with the Government Employees Pension Service (Gongmuwonyeongeum) on the 14th at the TP Tower in Yeouido to develop the disaster compensation system. The signing ceremony was attended by key officials from both organizations, including Song Hajung, Chairman of Sahakyeongeum, and Kim Donggeuk, Chairman of Gongmuwonyeongeum, who discussed mutual exchange and cooperation plans to improve the disaster compensation system.

View original imageThrough this agreement, the two organizations agreed to establish a cooperative framework in various areas such as mutual research and collaboration for rationalizing the disaster compensation system, information sharing to promote disaster prevention support, and sharing know-how on disaster review and compensation. Additionally, they plan to strengthen close cooperation across the entire disaster compensation field, including practical support through the development of new rehabilitation services, training of professionals, and exchange of human resources.
Song Hajung, Chairman of Sahakyeongeum, stated, “This agreement will serve as an opportunity for the disaster compensation systems of both organizations to develop together,” and added, “Sahakyeongeum and the Government Employees Pension Service will cooperate to support teachers and public officials who have suffered disasters to promptly return to their duties.”
