Asan City Wins Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport Award at Urban and Regional Innovation Industry Expo
Chungnam Asan City announced on the 15th that it recently received the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport Award, the grand prize, at the 'Korea Urban and Regional Innovation Industry Expo'.
The Urban Regeneration Industry Promotion Association holds the industry expo every year to promote the government's urban innovation policies and outstanding domestic and international cases of urban innovation.
The city received excellent evaluations in the operation of key facilities in the urban and regional innovation sector, such as enacting ordinances for economic impact and management of these facilities.
Kim Changhwan, Director of Future City Management Division, said, "With this award, the achievements of Asan City's urban regeneration projects have been recognized, and we will continue to strive for balanced development in the future."
