Gwangju City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Bang Se-hwan) conducted an online training session on the 14th titled ‘2024 Gwangju City Proactive Administration and Regulatory Reform Capacity Building’ for all employees to enhance professional expertise in proactive administration and regulatory reform.
This training focused on introducing excellent cases of proactive administration, practical know-how, local regulatory innovation tasks, and strategies. It proposed an active work attitude based on creativity and professionalism, breaking away from conventional work frameworks.
A Gwangju City official stated, “We expect this training to foster a work environment that can alleviate unreasonable regulations,” and added, “We will cultivate motivation for proactive administration and strive to create a culture of proactive administration that citizens can feel.”
