[Tomorrow's Weather] No 'Suneung Cold Wave'... Rain from Afternoon in Mild Weather

According to the Korea Meteorological Administration on the 13th, the morning low temperature on the 14th is forecast to be 5 to 14 degrees Celsius, and the daytime high temperature 17 to 21 degrees Celsius, which is 3 to 8 degrees higher than the average (low 0 to 9 degrees, high 11 to 17 degrees).

Around noon at 12 PM, raindrops will begin to fall in the central region including the Seoul metropolitan area and Gyeongbuk area, with rain expected between 3 PM and 6 PM in Seoul, Incheon, western Gyeonggi, and the western coast of Chungnam. From 6 PM when the exam ends until midnight, rain will fall in most parts of the country.
Expected precipitation until the 15th is less than 5 mm in Seoul, Incheon, and the metropolitan area including Gyeonggi, 5 to 20 mm in the five western islands, about 1 mm in Gangwon Yeongdong, less than 5 mm in Gangwon Yeongseo, about 5 mm in the Chungcheong region, 5 to 20 mm in Gwangju and Jeolla, 5 to 20 mm in Busan, Ulsan, Gyeongnam, Daegu, and southern Gyeongbuk, less than 5 mm in other Gyeongsang areas, and 5 to 30 mm in Jeju.
In the morning, dense fog with visibility less than 200 meters will form in southern Gangwon and mountainous areas, Jeonbuk, inland Jeonnam, and inland Gyeongsang. Elsewhere nationwide, fog with visibility around 1 km will occur.
Visibility will decrease in rainy areas, and roads will be slippery. Special caution is required for traffic safety.
