Dongducheon City Designates Private Organizations for Next Year's Disability Employment Projects
Dongducheon City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Park Hyeong-deok) announced on the 13th that it has selected the Dongducheon City Federation of Disabled Persons' Organizations as the executing agency for the 2025 Disabled Persons Job Project (Welfare Jobs) on the 12th.

View original imageThrough this agreement, the city plans to carry out all aspects of the Disabled Persons Job Project (Welfare Jobs) for one year in 2025, including recruiting placement institutions for welfare jobs for disabled persons, selecting and placing participants, managing participant attendance, and paying wages.
According to the selection, the Dongducheon City Federation of Disabled Persons' Organizations will manage 94 welfare job participants.
Welfare jobs involve various tasks suitable to the type at social welfare facilities and organizations related to disabled persons. Working conditions are within 14 hours per week (56 hours per month), with a monthly salary of 561,680 KRW.

Mayor Park Hyeong-deok of Dongducheon City said, “By having organizations related to disabled persons promote the disabled persons job project, we expect to discover placement institutions that match the types and characteristics of disabilities and assign jobs according to the participants' disabilities.”
