An anonymous donor in Cheonan, Chungnam, donated a piggy bank to help neighbors in need.
On the 13th, the anonymous donor visited Buldang 2-dong and delivered a piggy bank containing 127,000 won in coins and bills collected by their child.
The donor said, "Please use this to help those in need during the cold winter," and left without revealing their identity.
The donation will be used to support neighbors in need who are outside the welfare safety net.
Park Kyunghwa, the head of the district, said, "I am grateful to the anonymous donor who practiced precious sharing in these difficult times," and added, "We will make sure the donor's warm heart is delivered to where it is needed most."
