VT Cosmetics Achieves Sold-Out Record on Japan QVC Home Shopping
Comprehensive beauty company VT Cosmetics (hereinafter VT) announced on the 13th that the 'PDRN Needle Shot Special Set,' first introduced on Japan's 'QVC Home Shopping,' has sold out its first batch.
This result exceeded the internally set target and is seen as the beginning of VT being recognized as a brand consumed by local Japanese consumers, surpassing brands that relied on the K-beauty wave in the Japanese market.
The first broadcast was scheduled on a weekday afternoon, and the PDRN special set (2 pieces) was sold. Considering that the sales volume exceeded that of beauty category broadcasts aired at the same time in the past, VT's achievement this time is considered even more noteworthy.
Reflecting the high performance of the first broadcast, QVC is considering rescheduling future broadcasts. Typically, broadcasts from the first to the third episode are assigned to weekday afternoon time slots. However, after confirming the outstanding results of the first broadcast, QVC stated that it plans to internally review changing the second broadcast to a main time slot on weekends or weekday mornings. This change is expected to further strengthen the upward trend of the VT brand.
