Uijeongbu City Implements Comprehensive Measures for the 2025 College Scholastic Ability Test Preparation
Support in 10 Areas Including Noise Prevention, Traffic Measures, and Safety Management

Uijeongbu City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Kim Dong-geun) announced on the 13th that it is implementing comprehensive measures in various fields to ensure the smooth administration of the ‘2025 College Scholastic Ability Test’ scheduled for the 14th.
There are about 4,900 test takers in the Uijeongbu area, and the city has prepared comprehensive measures in 10 areas including transportation, noise, disasters, and medical care to ensure that examinees can take the exam without any issues. On the day of the exam, a comprehensive situation room will be operated to fully cooperate and support related organizations.
On the day of the CSAT, Uijeongbu City will strengthen traffic guidance around the test sites to ensure that examinees can safely enter the exam rooms, and will increase the number of buses on 84 routes passing through the test sites to shorten the intervals between buses.
To prevent various noises around the test sites on the day of the exam, construction sites within a 500m radius of the test sites have been requested to halt construction, and cooperation to reduce noise has been requested from nearby apartments, residential areas, and commercial districts to ensure that examinees can take the exam in a quiet environment.
After the exam ends, illegal vehicle control will be conducted on roads near 8 test sites and the Uijeongbu Office of Education to ensure smooth movement of vehicles transporting the CSAT question papers. In addition, activities of the Youth Harmful Environment Monitoring Team will be strengthened to inspect and crack down on the sale of harmful substances to youth and the distribution of inappropriate flyers.
