Hana Financial TI - Volta Corporation Sign Business Agreement for Official Electronic Documentation of Expense Approval Forms
B2B fintech startup Volta Corporation announced on the 13th that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Hana Financial TI, the IT specialist company of Hana Financial Group, to promote the official electronic documentation of expense reports and supporting documents.
This agreement was pursued to enable both companies to efficiently manage corporate expense reports and to innovate accounting document management. Through this MOU, the two companies plan to link Volta Corporation’s expense report solution feature ‘Payment Request’ with Hana Financial TI’s certified electronic document center ‘Datarium’ to convert expense reports into certified electronic documents.
Hana Financial TI, which is promoting the certified electronic document business to strengthen the legal effectiveness of digital documents, plans to support the safe conversion of expense reports and related supporting documents into legally effective certified electronic documents based on its accumulated technical know-how and infrastructure over many years.
Through technological development, the two companies plan to provide a solution that enables qualified evidence processing without storing the original expense reports and supporting documents, thereby reducing companies’ costs and inconveniences related to paper document management.
Lee Moon-hyuk, CEO of Volta Corporation, said, “This collaboration will be an important opportunity not only to digitize expense reports but also to provide a comprehensive expense management solution including supporting documents.” He added, “Through cooperation with Hana Financial TI, we will introduce innovative services that allow companies to manage expenses more smartly and efficiently.”
