Expanded Tax Support for Individual Taxpayers
Javis & Villains, the operator of SamzzumSam, a "tax assistance service for 20 million citizens," announced on the 4th that it has started a comprehensive real estate tax refund service for individual taxpayers in collaboration with Deloitte Anjin Accounting Corporation.
This service is provided through SamzzumSam's familiar platform. It combines high-level expertise and convenience by utilizing Deloitte Anjin's comprehensive real estate tax engine. The two companies signed a strategic business agreement (MOU) last April and invested 14 months in service development. Deloitte Anjin is responsible for calculating refund amounts and managing the entire filing process to help taxpayers use the comprehensive real estate tax filing and refund service more easily.
The service targets individual taxpayers who paid comprehensive real estate tax from 2019 to 2023. Applications can be easily made through the SamzzumSam app, and after entering the required information, Deloitte Anjin's experts review the eligibility for refunds and guide the procedures.
