Incheon Free Economic Zone Authority Participates in 'K-UAM Conpex'... Operates Special Pavilion for Aviation and Smart Manufacturing Supply Chain
The Incheon Free Economic Zone Authority announced that it will participate in the '2024 K-UAM Confex' held at Paradise City in Yeongjongdo from the 31st to the 1st of next month, operating a special pavilion for the aviation and smart manufacturing supply chain of the Incheon Free Economic Zone (IFEZ).
UAM refers to an urban air mobility system that transports people and cargo using drones, personal aerial vehicles, and the like.
The Incheon Free Economic Zone Authority established a special pavilion by selecting 10 innovative companies including H3R, Robigos, Elpis, Darwin Friction, and Pine VT, focusing on building supply chains between demand and supply companies in the aviation and smart manufacturing sectors.
These companies plan to expand the supply chain and activate procurement activities in the aviation and smart manufacturing fields based on product and service exhibitions, business partner building, and mutual information exchange.
On the first day of the special pavilion operation, representatives of these 10 companies actively promoted their businesses at individual booths and participated in conferences where the latest issues and industrial technology trends in the aviation and smart manufacturing markets were exchanged and discussed.
Now in its fourth year, the K-UAM Confex is an international event featuring exhibitions by UAM-related companies and institutions and conferences by industry experts, jointly hosted by Incheon City and the UAM international cooperation organization GURS.
