The Sprout Health Class is an integrated program that encourages the formation of proper health habits through education on nutrition, physical activity, smoking prevention, and oral health for children attending daycare centers or kindergartens.
In this program, professional instructors taught children proper tooth brushing habits, prevention of picky eating, healthy eating habits, and physical activities. Additionally, educational materials were distributed so that parents could also learn together at home.
