Guri City has completed the 2024 small-scale resident request projects for urban maintenance to create a pleasant urban environment in each neighborhood.
The city of Guri, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Baek Kyung-hyun) announced the completion of the 2024 small-scale urban maintenance resident request projects aimed at creating a pleasant urban environment in each neighborhood.
According to Guri City on the 30th, until last year, the city collected and promoted project requests from each neighborhood, but this year, by allocating the project budget directly to each neighborhood and allowing them to carry out the projects themselves, the city aimed to implement trusted administration through the prompt resolution of residents' requests.
The projects in each neighborhood included: ▲ installation of flowerpots on Maehwa Bridge in Galmae-dong ▲ creation of a small park in Donggu-dong ▲ installation of a resting shelter for seniors in Saemaeul Park in Inchang-dong ▲ installation of a city promotion fence in Sutaek 1-dong ▲ creation of a small park and installation of a trash prevention projector in Sutaek 2-dong ▲ maintenance of a small park and installation of an external insect trap at the senior center in Gyomun 1-dong ▲ installation of a trash prevention projector in Gyomun 2-dong, completing resident request projects in a total of seven neighborhoods.
