Evezari, 247% Increase in Sales on Own Mall Five Years After Launch
Evezari's own online mall continues to show steady growth.
Evezari announced on the 30th that its online mall sales in the third quarter of this year increased by 247% compared to the early days of its launch in 2020.
Evezari launched its online mall in November 2019 and has maintained steady growth. The number of new members increased by 44% compared to the previous year through the third quarter of this year, and sales rose by 18% during the same period.
Evezari analyzed that the growth factors of Evezari Mall include ▲strengthening online mall special events and customer benefits ▲a direct-to-consumer (D2C) operation strategy centered on the online mall. Evezari conducts monthly promotions tailored to segmented customer interests and needs based on monthly themes once every month on its online mall.
This year, it began holding large-scale events, such as the 48th anniversary celebration, which were previously only operated at dealerships, together on the official mall, showcasing enhanced online mall special events compared to before. In addition, Evezari offers various exclusive benefits for the online mall, such as highly usable coupon packs and mileage accumulation.
Furthermore, Evezari is securing sustainable growth momentum through a D2C strategy centered on its online mall. Based on customer data accumulated through Evezari Mall, the main online channel, it conducts customized marketing and reflects it again in optimizing the operation of the online mall. It also has a business model that links online mall orders to dealerships through an O2O (online-to-offline) system for direct delivery at stores and direct shipping of manufactured products to consumers.
Going forward, Evezari plans to continuously increase promotions and benefits on its online mall, sustain CRM (Customer Relationship Management) marketing based on accurate customer data, and focus on increasing new inflows and loyal customers through the online mall.
Meanwhile, Evezari will hold an event throughout November. During this period, a check-in event will be held, providing 500 won points to all customers who visit the online mall daily.
