Yangju City Opens Section 2 of Provincial Road 30 from Bangseong to Sanbuk on the 30th

Gyeonggi Yangju City (Mayor Kang Su-hyun) announced on the 29th that it will open a section of City Route 30 (Bangseong-Sanbuk), connecting Bangseong-ri in Baekseok-eup and National Road No. 3 in Sanbuk-dong, on the 30th.
The section to be opened this time is a major route connecting Cheongnyang-ri Catholic Cemetery in Sanbuk-dong and National Road No. 3 (Deokgye Samgeori). From 2 p.m. on the 30th, vehicles will be able to travel on 1.68 km of the total project length of 3.25 km.
The City Route 30 (Bangseong~Sanbuk) project is being promoted in two sections with a total project cost of 41.2 billion KRW. The second section (Sanbuk-dong), which is the section to be opened this time, began construction in December 2019 and was completed last September. Accordingly, it is expected that the convenience and accessibility of transportation for local residents will be greatly improved, and the living environment will be enhanced by resolving the inconveniences residents have experienced.
