Recruitment from Today until the 21st of Next Month... Preparing for the 100-Year Life Era
Paju City in Gyeonggi Province is recruiting 15 trainees on a first-come, first-served basis from the 24th to November 21st to participate in the ‘Senior Employment Special Lecture’.
This special lecture is designed to help trainees discover their own values and strengths and support them in finding ‘their own work’ focused on happiness values, so they can move toward their goals.
The training, under the theme ‘A Vibrant Second Act of Life, Happiness-Centered Values, and My Future Self,’ will be conducted online on November 28th. The target participants are job seekers aged 60 or older residing in Paju City.
The training will cover topics such as self-exploration for happiness goals, envisioning the future self, change management, and success and failure cases, aiming for self-insight and mid- to long-term life planning for a happy life in the era of 100 years.
Lee I-gu, Director of the Job Economy Division, said, “The number of seniors who continue economic activities or actively participate in social activities after retirement is increasing. Through this training, we hope participants design healthy job paths that suit them perfectly and create a happy old age based on their rich life experiences.”
