Kakao Partners with NVIDIA to Introduce Latest Chip GH200
Kakao is accelerating its transformation into an artificial intelligence (AI) company by partnering with Nvidia. While introducing Nvidia's latest graphics processing unit (GPU) 'GH200', they are continuing collaboration related to data centers.

Tai McCutcheon, Senior Vice President of Nvidia, attended as a special speaker on the second day of the developer event 'if kakao 2024' held at the AI campus in Yongin, Gyeonggi Province on the 23rd, stating, "We are supporting Kakao's transition to an AI company."
Kakao is utilizing Nvidia's inference microservice (NIM) for AI technology development. NIM is software that supports the development and deployment of AI models. To maximize the performance of its own AI models, Kakao is also using Nvidia's latest GPU 'GH200' and the TensorRT large language model (LLM) library.
Vice President McCutcheon explained, "GH200 helps enable efficient inference," adding, "We provide design and consulting related to Kakao's data centers and support faster adoption of technology based on Nvidia's experience."
